Adam Cooper is Associate Professor of theology and church history at the Catholic Theological College in Melbourne, Australia. He is the author of Holy Flesh, Wholly Deified: The Place of the Body in St. Maximus the Confessor (Oxford University Press), Life in the Flesh: An Anti-Gnostic Spiritual Philosophy (Oxford University Press), and Holy Eros: A Liturgical Theology of the Body (Angelico Press).
