Online Course: Exploring the Source and Summit

Adoremus Editor, Christopher Carstens, has joined with the Avila Institute to teach a course on the Eucharist, “Exploring the Source and Summit,” beginning March 21, 2024. The course will explore the life-changing encounter that we are invited to have with Christ in the Eucharist and how we can deepen our devotion to the Lord and his profound self-gift in the liturgy. The scriptural and historical development of the Sacrament of the Eucharist will be explored in such a way as to orient us to a deeper and mystagogical encounter with the Eucharistic Christ in prayer and adoration. This six-week course meets live online Thursdays, 7:30 p.m. Eastern; cost is $175, and anyone interested in becoming a participant should register at the Avila Institute.
