Father Rembert Bularzik was born in Chicago, Illinois on December 22, 1882. In 1912 he made his profession as a Benedictine monk of St. John’s in Collegeville, MN, and was ordained to the priesthood on December 29, 1917. In 1930 he completed a translation of Dom Otto Haering’s liturgical book, Living with Christ. Father Rembert was business manager for the publication Orate Fratres from 1931 to 1940 and manager of the Liturgical Press from 1943 to 1946.
